Muhammed Omar Faruk Ripon
FCA, ACS, LLB, FCGA, ITP, VC, FFA, FIPA, M. Com, is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of extensive experience in the fields of Accounts, Finance, Treasury, VAT, Taxation, Internal Audit, Compliance, Secretarial Practices, Corporate Governance, Financial Reporting, Fixed Assets Management, and Supply Chain Management.
He is a Fellow/Associate Member of multiple prestigious professional bodies, including:

His professional journey also includes significant tenures at reputed organizations such as Square Pharmaceuticals PLC, ACME Laboratories PLC, and SEARS Electronics Ltd.
Apart from his corporate achievements, Mr. Ripon is a renowned author of tax-related publications and a regular contributor of technical articles to leading professional journals published by ICAB, ICSB, and IIAB.
